·            Business Development Corporation of Northeast Florida (BDC) is a full service economic development company which assists small, medium and large companies to obtain financing for development projects, expansions, start-ups, and capital equipment purchases. It is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified development company that underwrites the SBA 504 Loan program in Northeast Florida.

·            Taxes:  No personal state income tax or state ad valorem tax. No inventory or goods in transit tax. State corporate income tax of 5.5% on only Florida portion of adjusted Federal income.
